Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
